The SPACE HUB doesn’t turn on when I press the Power Button on the Front Panel

Make sure the Power Switch on the Rear of the device is switched on.

I can’t see my Processor on the Settings Page in SPACE HUB Control

Make sure the Processor and the computer running SPACE HUB Control are on the same network and have suitable IP addresses.

The Processor is shown on the Setting Page but I can’t connect to it

Make sure the Processor and the computer running SPACE HUB Control have matching IP ranges configured via their subnet mask. Check that there aren’t two devices with identical IP addresses on the network. Check that the Firewall is turned off on the computer running SPACE HUB Control. Check whether SPACE HUB Control and SPACE HUB Engine have matching software versions.

I’m playing audio but can’t see an input signal in SPACE HUB Control

Check whether SPACE HUB Control is connected to the Processor. Check whether channels are patched correctly in Dante Controller, and that your Dante devices are synchonized and unmuted (No errors in Dante Controller). Check whether all devices are running at the same sample rate. If you are looking at the Meters Window in SPACE HUB Control, make sure you have selected metering for the correct Processor (Primary or Secondary).

I’m not getting audio output from the SPACE HUB

Check if the Master Fader is set to its minimum. Check if the correct Speaker Setup is loaded on the SPACE HUB. Check whether channels are patched correctly in Dante Controller, and that your Dante devices are synchonized and unmuted (No errors in Dante Controller). Check whether all devices are running at the same sample rate. If you are looking at the Meters Window in SPACE HUB Control, make sure you have selected metering for the correct Processor (Primary or Secondary).

I can’t see a particular object in SPACE HUB Control

Make sure that the Object is not hidden and Visual Solo is not active (Button in the Object list).

I can’t establish a connection to SPACE HUB Control from a Plugin on a different machine

Check whether the computer running SPACE HUB Control and the computer running the DAW containing the Plugin are on the same network. Check the SPACE HUB Control Settings Page to see if the settings for Plugin Control are correct.

Objects disappear when I select a new Object

Check whether Visual Solo is active in the Object List. Visual Solo follows Object Selection.

I can’t drag an object, because it’s already moving

Check the Control settings for this Object. If another control protocol is inadvertently overwriting your input, isolate this Object.

Even though I’ve programmed a smooth movement, the Object is jumping abruptly

Make sure that only one source is sending control data to this Object. Check whether multiple Plugins or OSC senders are controling this Object.

Solo Buttons or editing the Speaker Layout is not working

Check whether Safe Mode is active. This disables certain functions to protect against accidental changes during a show.

The Timestamp Editor for a particular Snapshot is not keeping the value I have entered.

There can only be one Snapshot with a particular Timestamp. Each Timestamp must be unique, to avoid an indeterminate state.

An external device is sending MTC, but SPACE HUB Control’s Timecode display isn’t reacting

Check whether the MIDI interface is connected and selected on the Settings Page (MIDI Input).

An external device is sending MPC commands, but SPACE HUB Control isn’t reacting

Check whether the MIDI interface is connected and selected on the Settings Page (MIDI Input).

I’m sending OSC commands, but the Object doesn’t react

Check whether both machines are in the samenetwork and the destination IP address matches the IP of the computer running SPACE HUB Control. Check whether the UDP Port is set correctly. Check whether the OSC format is correct and the parameters are in range.

Why does the software crash when I do..?

It shouldn’t! Please let us know, providing as much information as possible to enable us to reproduce this crash. We would like to know the steps that were taken, together with details of your computer & the operating system installed. Please do give us this information promptly as soon as it happens, so we can fix it.
